Hi, I’m Rob Scott, the Commander In Chief of Elite Gazebos & Bali Huts at Queensland
On any given day you’ll find me doing several different duties and tasks, as I like to be involved in as many aspects of the company as I can.
Some days you’ll find me in the customer service department answering people’s questions about our gazebos and Bali huts. I really love doing this because I get to know people and other businesses, and get to help them at the same time.
Other times and days you’ll find me out on the floor or speaking with Bali hut and gazebo suppliers, or reviewing and tweaking our processes and systems.
This is extremely important for our whole team.
It’s only by continually reviewing and tweaking (and sometimes reinventing our processes) that we can improve ourselves, our business, service and products so you and every new and repeat retail, commercial or private customer can reap the benefits.
